Hi,

I need to know where is my order, I have already received another order shipped on the same day and since the 8 of November that I have no further information.

Parcel No.RH350474320CN tracking result

1. China Post Airmail Parcel Estimate Arrival Time can take up to 31 days for your country.

2. If by 02 Dec you have not receive your parcel or can not track it on the Portugal Post site, then open a dispute.

3. I don't see anything wrong in the tracking of your parcel. It might be that Portugal Post did not scan your parcel yet for whatever reason.

I ask for help once more, please confirm where is my order, the same day another one was sent to me and I received last Monday.
I don't understand why 24 days have passed without status update.

1. Nothing new about your parcel, maybe Portugal Post did not scan your parcel yet. You need to be patient, may I suggest you read this:

2. If you worry to much about your parcel and you think it's lost then contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel or open a dispute.
