Hello!

I opened a dispute for non receiving the parcel,
Seller keeps asking me to close it and wait longer. he prolonged again the buyers protection already twice without asking me before.
It should have been arrived here a long time ago though.
When i close my dispute now, i cant get back my money right?
Do you think it could still arrive? I doubt it seriously. Seller is waiting for my answer.

1. Please don't ever close your dispute because you will not be able to open another one for the same parcel and then if you don't receive it, you loose your money.

2. You should have receive your parcel after 2 months or lest. Italy Post lost or misplace the parcel. Even if your parcel arrive you are honest enough that you will tell the seller you got your parcel and that you want to pay him back.

Thanks a lot, i will talk to him now and tell him that i would pay him back in case the parcel would arrive. i hope that many people would do this, because it is just fair!
