Post Hasnt left customs for weeks

I ordered something at the start of December. It's been sitting in Chinese Customs for weeks. Each time it's updated, the same thing it put:

"Suzhou City, left Suzhou City to London Heathrow Airport hub (transit)"

The company I have ordered through says it can't do anything until mid January.

This was supposed to be a Christmas present.

Why hasn't it left customs yet? #LX230298668CN

2. So has you can see your parcel tied multiple time to leave China but each time there was no room for the mail bag on board the Aircraft.

3. Since you have contacted the seller and he told you to wait, I guest now you and I really hope you get your parcel it's been long enough.

Hi, so latest is that it still hasn't left China. Same issue. I've had a full refund from the seller but am still missing the parcel. Why isn't there room on board the aircraft for the parcel? It's been trying to leave China since beginning of December. Who do I go to to complain/get compensation - this was supposed to be a Christmas present and was ordered in good time.

1. They might also be something wrong with your parcel that is why it can not depart.

2. Maybe the last security before it get on board the aircraft is stopping the parcel.

3. You should ask your seller what is going on with your parcel!!!!

4. As for complaint and compensation, well you got your money back from the seller.
