I wonder if you can help me.

My parcel number is RH351965149CN and it has been over two months without any update. Can you help me check where it is at the moment and why it hasn't been updated yet?

1. Your parcel should have arrive in your country Portugal a long time ago. You may consider the parcel either lost or misplace.
