Last Tracking says 2015-10-31, GUANGZHOU, departure.
Does this mean it has actually LEFT Guangzhou or does it mean it is still in Guangzhou waiting to be dispatched.
Hope you can clarify.

the parcel should have left Guangzhou,China. Normally parcel status will free at its last china location after it left china.
