Post Greece no local destination tracking

Hello, I am wondering why when I click on the local destination of Greece that no form appears to show where my package is?

My last check on October 17, 2015 showed that RI634140737CN was in Athens
Guangzhou Transit Station Import Customs Cleared Domestic Transit.

"Guangzhou Transit Station Import Customs Cleared Domestic Transit" means the parcel was shipped from oversea inbound to China. This is a very bad sign which means your parcel was returned from Greece. You should open dispute and claim refund asap.
