Post Frozen Delivery?

Hi. I ordered from eBay two models track numbered RG176273191CN and RG176479638CN destined to France, on May 23rd and June 3rd and have been following the tracking. However since June 10th, both packages seem to have become idle. I've tried contacting my eBay seller but he tells me there is nothing to worry about. Hopefully will the ChinaPost crew have more satisfactory responses? I'm not angry or upset, mainly curious whether or not I will recieve in a close future my orders.
Thank you for your response, take care.

Thanks for the quick reply chinapostvolunteer. The problem is the tracking confirms that the packages have been sent from eBay seller and are in China Post's hands. It just seems they're waiting for the transition to being shipped.

Is it possible the packages are idle in a storage space, in example a stock warehouse, and have been misplaced and omitted?

RG176273191CN should be a little bit delayed but still in normal time frame. If your buyer protection is expiring, you can ask seller extend protection or open dispute. otherwise keep waiting.

Thanks again for your reply. I'll wait a little longer then. As for the buyer protection I'll try to see with eBay for an extension. Thanks for the advice.
Take care.

Well, back again, still the same status. Still no explanation or no news?
According to china post's timetable I was expecting both parcels at latest mid June/ end June...
