Dear China Post,

My parcel has been shipped from China middle of November (RK342555429CN) destination to France. Currently, it seems package arrived in France but is probably blocked somewhere. Maybe it has been taken in the French Chronopost network but I don't know any tracking number for this metwork (not the same than China POst tracking). Could you please give me the Chronopost tracking number corresponding to my parcel?

RK342555429CN has not arrived France yet. You can not track much information in French Post website. It should arrive France by Xmas time.

Thank you for your reply. I'm a bit surprised of your reply because when I track it on your website at destination country "France", your website display that the package arrived in Roissy Airport (Paris Airport) but nothing else for many many days.
Could you please explain?
