Post Fake tracking information?

Hi
According to my tracking information UG285735045CN left China on 2nd March, but has not been heard of since.
Even supplied a flight number, SHIP-CI069. Google search on that number says it landed 19 years ago.
So, where is my parcel and has it actually left China yet?

UG285735045CN is china post slow register mail. It might take 4 to 8 weeks to catch flight to UK. This is a cheap service and china post will not update its status after it left first post office.
