hi ,
i have a parcel with N: RK103143108CN and it is stuck from 14/11/14 in export security scan in Beijing. Is there a problem with the package?its an electronic board with no battery.i look forward for your replay.

It is waiting for export airline space. now is rush season, you need wait another 2 to 3 weeks.

My parcel with tracking no: RI193913116CN is stuck at Export Customs Scan since 16th Nov 2014. There is no change in status. Mean while the seller shown his inability to help. Now for refund it is time barred. I don't know what to do. Kindly guide.

RI193913116CN should be in India customs but has not been processed. now is rush season, customs clearance is slow. if your buyer protection date is expiring, you should open dispute asap.

India custom processing time is difficult to predict, from 2 weeks to 6 weeks all possible. once the cleared the goods, you will get the parcel soon.

Dear Sir,
Do you mean to say that the item has reached India and is with India customs Calcutta? I am thinking the package is still in Beijing.
