Can i have some help? My tracking number RO820075849CN was sent on twenty five of May, since twenty six of May the last news about it, is "export customs scan". Can somebody help about the situation? Thank you

RO820075849CN should have some problem in Changchun. Normally it should arrive Spain within 30 days.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, You need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.

I paid in the only way avaible in ioffer, credit card And i tried to write with the Seller but never answer

you need call credit card bank for solution.
