I'm waiting for a parcel traking numder 89012369067 when it will arrive to Greece? Is it in transit? Shall i open a dispute? Does the item depart from china? Please help

1. This is the tracking of your parcel:
China Post Register Air Mail Tracking System
Parcel No.89012369067 tracking result
2016-11-19 03:44:53.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan

2. The above parcel should have been deliver to you between 30 to 60 days. As of today you have pass that limit.

3. Either you contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel or worst case scenario open a dispute.

the package has not arrived yet
i contact the seller but i didn't get an answer
the seller is no long registered on ebay
the information :
"Parcel No.89012369067 tracking result
2016-11-19 03:44:53.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan"
means that the item is on the way to my country (greece) or it didn't depart yet?
please give me your advice...

1. This type of parcel is call China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus. Can be track in China and has limited tracking. This is the last tracking you will see for your parcel.

2. Can be deliver to you between 30 to 60 days and your National Post Office will deliver the parcel.

3. As I can see you have not receive the parcel within that 60 days time limit. Either the parcel is lost or is misplace.

4. Maybe you should contact E Bay about you not receiving your parcel. Please don't forget when the parcel was mail in China, the Holiday Seasons madness had started. Your parcel is the last priority parcel to get on board an Aircraft.
