Post ePacket to Germany

Hey guys :)
so this is not my first ePacket but it is surly the longest one yet.
The tracking number is LM115456633CN and its been 12 days. The last couple of times it only took about 3-7 days. I heard about the delay because of the holidays, but as claimed in the tracking history, the package was already sent out to Cuddalore France, just like the last time. Could it be hold by customs ?

Sincerely
Max

I'm experiencing the same problem with ePacket to the Netherlands.
Tracking says it departed 12 days ago from China but there is still no sign of a package here.
I think it is because they have a big pile of packets because of chinese holidays.
Lets hope they hurry because this is taking way too long.

1. This is the tracking I found for you:
Number: LM115456633CN
Package Status: In Transit
Destination Country: Germany
Origin Country: China
2016-10-18 23:27 In Shanghai, left Shanghai to Cuddalore (France) (go)
2016-10-17 03:36 Shanghai, Shanghai postal courier Logistics Centre (transfer)
2016-10-16 22:59 Ningbo, has to leave the mail centers Postal Center, sent to Shanghai postal courier logistics
2016-10-16 22:13 Ningbo city, leaving messages to mail centers in Ningbo, Ningbo City Center
2016-10-16 18:05 Ningbo, Ningbo Lishe bonded zone has a pickup of Business Department (embrace cast member name: International Range Rover collection, Tel:)

2. You are aware that your parcel is going through Germany first before France. Your parcel is transported by Germany (DPD epacket).
Then when it arrive in France it's Chronopost.

3. Normally e Packet can take from 6 to 12 working days to be deliver. I don't see any problem in the tracking of your parcel. Maybe you could contact Chronopost in France for your parcel.

Hope this help.

Thank you for your help. My package is actually going to Germany and not to France. It has already been 10 work days and there was no update since 18th.
