Hola Hay alguna oficina de España de china posto donde pueda contactar? porque al parecer tienen problema para localizar la dirección este es mi numero de guía, agradeceré su ayuda estoy desesperada, no se como me pueda comunicar a china post , el tracking solo dice que no encuentran la dirección desde el 15 de julio y ninguna actualización mas

RC380554865CN ha sido entregado en españa con fecha 9 de julio : http://www.track-chinapost.com/es/result/post.shtml?nums=RC380554865CN

RH035906458CN también fue entregado en 2014

Item numbers like this (all digits) are China Post ordinary air mail, just like putting a stamp on a parcel and putting it into a mailbox. In the case of this one you can get a little info from the shipper's site, but basically they can't be tracked. :/
