Bonjour,

j'ai fais 2 commande sur Aliexpress récemment , le colis a été expedié il y a 3 jour et mes 2 codes sont invalides.
Les vendeurs mon affirmé qu'il ne fonctionne pas pour le moment a cause des fête en chine actuellement.
Est-ce vrai ?

Mes codes sont : RI526802691CN et RS329321923NL

Hello,

I made 2 order on Aliexpress recently, the package has been shipped three days ago and my 2 codes are invalid.
My sellers said he does not work for now because of the party currently in China .
Is it true ?

RS329321923NL is Netherlands Post number. Many china seller use such kind of parcel to ship battery item. You need wait about 2 weeks and then track it in Dutch Post website.

RI526802691CN has no tracking result in http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php, it means your seller did not ship the goods yet.

Many china seller generates a tracking number from China Post website when they got payment from buyer. however, they might delay shipment for 5 to 15 days especially in holiday season. Until they actually ship the goods, you can not see any tracking result from China Post tracking website.

I personally suggest you wait about 2 weeks and track again, if still no result, you should open dispute.
