Why my order isn’t still in Italy! Are passed over than 3 weeks, I think my parcel its been losted. Please help me

your parcel should be delayed not lost. Too many parcels shipped in Dec , Airline does not have enough labor and space to ship them in time. please wait one or two more weeks, it should arrive.
