Hi.
I have a question about LX986373077CN (ePacket).
Tracking says it has left china on 17 october.
However there is still no sign of it in Holland.
I called PostNL and they said they dont have any idea where it iz.
So i contacted the seller and he called ChinaPost and they said it already left China?
Please help because the 12 working days are expired.

3. But by now, surely the parcel must have arrive in Netherlands. Now it's up to the Netherlands Post to scan your parcel and give it to Customs for clearance.

4. If Post NL has not scan your parcel yet, either they did not receive the parcel or there is a thousand parcels to scan before yours.

5. Your parcel was stuck or is still stuck because of a large backlog of mail created by China National holiday from the 01 - 08 Oct.

Hi Janhenk,

I know how frustrating it can get, but be ensured, your package will arrive. If PostNL said they havent receive the parcel, then it really is.

My guess is the parcel is still somewhere piled up in China. Mine took them 17 days to ship it to the NL.

PostNL omnummering service doesnt work really well. Call them once a week. And besides, I hope your sender has wrote down the value of the package, otherwise you have to wait for a letter from the customs, to tell them how much it is (and whats inside). This again will take some days too. So be patient.
