Hi,

My parcel from china to UK:

has been stuck in customs since Saturday , I have had other parcels all released within 5 mins and this hasn't happened before, they are some shoes and a jacket, any ideas??

EH197032925GB has not been released by China customs. You can ask receiver call china post EMS hot line 11183 and inquiry detail.
