Hello China-post

Everytime when I'm tracking my parcel it says destination(web error) on track-chinapost.com
Can you please tell me what's wrong? Because of this problem I can't track the number at the Bpost track n trace.
Normally when the status is on leaving to next airport/seaport. it also says on bpost: Departure from international depot... please help
The number is RH258493485CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was just shipped on Nov 13. it should be in China export customs waiting for outbound airline space. Normally it will take another 2 to 3 weeks to reach Belgium. After it arrives Belgium, you can track it in Belgium Post website.
