Hello
I tracked the parcel ( CP304999775CN). The status is departure export customs in Shanghai since 06/30/15. Is it being shipped to Germany or stuck in the Shanghai customs? If there is a problem what can I do?
It is a suitcase I sent from Zhengzhou myself. In the meantime I'm back in Germany.
Any help would be appreciated.

Same problem here! Also a CP***CN code to The Netherlands which is stuck on departure export customs since july 18th! My tracking code is CP310360514CN

CP310360514CN is surface parcel which is very slow. if you can not get the goods in 40 days,you should open dispute

Do you mean 40 days from the day that the parcel was shipped or 40 days from now?

CP304999775CN shows me that he has not left China, the latest information is on June 30 that was customs, these shipments usually take quite, I advise you to wait 30 days more to your shipping coming to your door or have a new status, if at this time you have no shipping changes should open a claim.
