Post delivery time more then 90 days?

Hello,

Is it possible to get an update on delivery time and the package itself? It´s more then 90 days now that I get the same message:

China Post Register Air Mail Tracking System

Parcel No.06233874188 tracking result

2017-07-06 08:36:52.0 Electronic Data Received
2017-07-07 22:33:19.0 Guangzhou parcel process center received
2017-07-07 23:05:05.0 Guangzhou parcel process center customs scan
2017-07-07 23:25:02.0 leaving Guangzhou parcel process center ，next station Guangzhou center
2017-07-09 23:05:05.0 计划going to next airport/seaport ，计划航班号LH8411-LH1336，计划起飞时间06:20

I believe you should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress for lost parcel refund.
