Post Delivery status to Ukraine (ePacket)

Hello, guys.

I have LM226433959CN parcel, and just little bit confused and doubt about delivery rates. 22 days, and no any movement. Does anyone from Ukraine too, do you have any kind of information — is it our Ukrpost problem or something else? Usually, delivery takes up to 15 days with customs, but now parcel is delaying. I don't know why.
