Hi my tracking number is ********

I live in Turkey. It's been 23 days since the order has been shipped. In your system the last entry was in 7th october and it status "on route". I dont have any information about the shipping and now i am worried about the its status.

is there a problem with it?

http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php left Shenzhen,China on Oct 13. As per our experience, it will keep traveling another 2 to 3 weeks before it arrives Turkey. So you should get it by early Nov. However, you can not see the status during its traveling time outside china.

WOW so then it will take 5 or 6 weeks to get my order !! that is so dissapointed in these years ! such a shaming situation since it is written average delivery days 18 for Turkey ! I will get my order later then even your longest time (33) !
