Hi there!

Package LX258423564CN, to be delivered in Italy.
Delivery attempt on Jan 31, 2017 at 10:48 am failed.
Is China Post using the local post services for delivery?
How can I request a new delivery attempt?

yes. Italia Post delivers China Post parcel in Italy. you should contact your local post office and ask them to make redelivery or pickup

Thank you for the feedback. However the local post office normally uses SDA, and their system doesn't recognize the China Post tracking number. I have no way to request a redelivery.
