Hello,

I received this status update from the seller: According to China Post, your order couldn't be delivered as planned. Please contact China Post to arrange another delivery attempt.

The package contains gifts for my son's birthday - please tell me how I can solve this!

The tracking number is LX476674564CN

LX476674564CN was returned to China by Netherlands Post . Not sure the return reason. The only thing you can do is open dispute to seller for refund.

Hey, i know this is a couple of days ago, but maybe for the next time :

The package got returned to China because it didnt got picked up at the post office after 2 weeks. Sometimes PostNL brings it to the post office without any notice. Thats why you should always visit your nearest, local PostNL pickup point or post office if you see that the item has arrived at the post office but hasnt been delivered the next few days after. I live in the Netherlands aswell so sometimes i meet this problem aswel..
