Hi,

I need your help please.
My parcel has been send from China by ePacket but the firm where it was sent to moved to another address;
I would like to know how I could change delivery address or once packet arrived to Europe which company (UPS, Fedex or Local post) will take over for final delivery ?

Destination country is Belgium.

the parcel will be delivered by your Local Post. I am not sure if Belgium Post can forward the parcel to your new address(in Canada and USA, they will do it if you can verify you are the receiver of both address and pay some fee), you can contact them for detail information.
