Post Delayed parcels

Hi,

I have two parcels that are taking a lot longer than usual to arrive. I would like to know some reasons why they are being delayed? Are the parcels being held at Chinese customs? Is there a phone number my customer can call to get more information about whats happening and how much longer it will be before they arrive?
