Post delay in beijing post office

i have a registered mail number RI186862215CN and its been there in beijing since 04.11.2014 indicating export security scan. can someone tell me what going wrong? is it normal that it takes 1 week to be scaned? thank you for the reply. mario borg

if no battery inside, no need worry. you need wait another 2 to 4 weeks before the parcel arrives Malta.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows your parcel left china on Dec 11. you should get it by end of Dec or early Jan.
