What does "CUSTOMER'S ORDER INFORMATION GENERATED" mean?
Can a seller pretend he sent order, by just giving that message and in fact the order was never sent?

Location：Flyt Express's sorting centre
Status：Customer's order information generated

3. The status is the same as this:
Electronic shipment information received

4. So basically the seller advise Flyt Express they will use their service but the parcel has not been receive yet by Flyt Express.

5. How does the parcel get from your seller to Flyt Express in China it must sent by courier service I suspect but not sure.

6 Maybe you should contact seller and say to him the Flyt Express has only the above tracking I gave you and nothing else, it's not moving.

Thanks. i believe the seller never sent the item in the first place. It would appear any seller can say that they they done.will use the service in order to make an excuse for not actually posting the item. i will be polite in describing what the seller has done.

1. I guess now it's time for you to open a dispute to get your money back. I guess you have very good seller in China and a few bad ones.
