http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel is looping is shanghai. it should have problem to pass customs scan or catch shipping space. you should open dispute for lost parcel

Seller told to me that my parcel is out of China on the road to Croatia.Is that wrong information??Are they wrong?

How to open dispute for lost parcel??My order is grom website buying-boots,and on the invoice is wtite Magento,only that about sellet.

you can not open dispute if you purchased from small website instead of ebay/aliexpres/paypal/amazon.

Why is problem to pass customs scan??Is that mean that products are with some mistakes or thay are not original?My parcel is ugg boots from the http://www.b**-boots.com.,and they say than ugg is original.

it might be pirate product and rejected by customs.
