I send 3 parcels from Shanghai to france in the beginning of August,
I recieved two of them one month ago, but not the third.

The tracking service says "on route" but doesn't give much info.

Why the package has not arrived in France ?
Is it normal or is my parcel lost ?
Who should I adress ?

Damn, thats an interesting possibility, maybe they are on the same plane ! (bermuda triangle ?)
but yeah I've lost hope at this point...

I'd like to get a refund (at least), do you know where I should enquire ?
(I sent these myself when I was in China, so I have the reciepts)
