Hello,

I am back in China and followed your advise, going back to the local post office where the package has been sent from: Sanlitun. They do not have the package and told me to contact the International post office. But they do not have the contact or number !!!!

Anyway, I found the International post office contact, but NO ONE is answering.... and the customer service of the general post office says that the Sanlitun office should be the one dealing with the international post office...

I am back in China and would like to get my goods back even if I have to pay for them....
How can I do? Who shall I contact? this is all such bad organization and bad service from China Post!!!

Wow, not even a reply from China post, this is such a shame.
I am definitely advising all my friends and contacts to never use China Post, this is absolutely not reliable at all and no service.
