Hello,

this parcel was sent from Chengdu on June, 2 (CP253519773CN). From tracking report it seems that it has been received in France, failed to be delivered, and sent back to China (not sure about this last step). Anyway I don't know where the parcel is now. I have doubled checked the destination address and phone contact and this all right. How can I be sure where the parcel is now and request for the delivery.

Yes, this parcel was sent back to China. The last status of this parcel showed it being in Chengdu:

2015-09-04 15:35:51.0 成都city post express logistic 有限公司建设路揽投station attempt delivery

There is no way to have it redelivered, but if the sender has had the parcel returned to them, you could ask them to mail it again.
