Hi, my tracking number is RO079973442CN. Correos in Spain told me to make a complaint to China Post because they don't know where my package is, and they need an official complain from China Post, to solve it.... Anyone can help me?

Delivery to the destination international office

2. Parcel is in your country. Now it's up to Spain Post to do the rest and deliver your parcel.
