Hi there,
I am tracking a parcel from China to Republic of Ireland. The number is RJ238099005CN and the last update was on the 3rd July at Outward Office in Shanghai. Nothing since then! Can someone please help me?

Looks like we both have the same issue where its left China, or supposed to have left China and nothing updated for us. Mine: RH206774928CN has left China on 2nd July, and once again on the 8th July it left again..Confusing i know.

It's ridiculous isn't it? Hope we both get some answers. I've opened a dispute with the seller now. They are quick enough to take our money but not quick enough when it comes to customer service or running a business.
