Its been stuck in the same place for going on 17 days now. Ordered on the 23rd November, and i dont think it has even left China yet.

1. This is the last tracking of your parcel:
2016-12-17 07:50:46.0 Shenzhen Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )

2. 2 things: import customs and domestic transit meaning your parcel fail a Security or Customs check and the parcel is returning to the seller.

3. May I suggest you read this:

Cheers for the reply. So it failed customs, cant see why its nothing special. Would you recommend just getting a refund then i did buy it on ebay.

2. Either you talk to seller or go ahead and ask for a refund.

it is suppose to come from China to Canada

1. I have the same tracking as you. Parcel to Canada can take between 4 to 8 weeks to be deliver. I found this tracking for you:
Tracking No. :RO101831427CN
Date / Time : 2016/11/18 - 14:12
Description :Tracking is not available for international registered mail items sent to Canada.
Service Type :International Inbound Registered

2. Canada Post is not tracking anymore China Post Register Air Mail parcel. If you would like, just come back here every 4 days and ask me personally to check on your parcel, if I don't see any new tracking somewhere.

Yeah it could have a problem under copywrite. Not a copywrited item specifically though like a CD. Its strange in that it did say it passed customs 3 or 4 times. Ill talk to the seller anyway, thanks.

2. I would not be surprise that your parcel is in Vancouver Inbound warehouse waiting to get scan by Canada Post the given to Customs for clearance.

3. But arriving parcels have some priority to Canada Post. So you need to be patient about your parcel.
