I try to contact china shop where i but but thei not answer. It is 10 day. How many day approx. I must waiting?

I tried to contact the email but is ignoring me, I decided to contact a friend and so he wrote him an email and the seller promptly reply to him, I tried to write again after 5 minutes, but unfortunately nothing .. . what should I do? I have already spent more than 10 days. Help me ... thanks

your should open dispute to paypal or aliexpress whichever you paid money to.

You can not open dispute if you paid with western union. That is why we never recommend our user to use western union which is very very easy to suffer scam.

if you purchased from ebay/aliexpress, you can leave feedback against bad seller.
