Post Beijing Terminal/Departure

In previous deliveries it took just 4 days for my items to arrive from the date of Beijing Departure. For example Beijing Departure 2015-08-07 and item delivered 2015-08-11. My previous deliveries were the same, ie; taking 4 days from Beijing Departure.
However, I am now waiting for a new delivery for 9 days after Beijing departure. Why is this one taking longer than the previous ones. Hope you can help. Thanks.

Postal parcel arrival time changes everyday, it is very common that previous delivery is faster than present delivery. read this http://track-chinapost.com/?p=669
