bar code is incorrect. 18026539336BJ must have two letters of the beginning. please help me.

PTT call wrong. Turkish post service. example RH18026539336BJ. they say that

Yes it's Yan Wen number. It's what China Post uses to ship non-trackable air mail. It means you can not track this parcel.
