Just came here to say that my parcel has arrived, (sent out on 20 september, status has been stuckon departure from outward office since 28 september.) PS: Status is still the same, but my phone is here 😀

I'm also still waiting for these two to arrive, ordered over a month ago. Asked Banggood twice about status update, they keep telling me to wait "patiently" .. :-(

Urumuqi area has big problem. Some people ships many battery and other forbidden items from there and make many many innocent parcels were rejected and destroyed. You should open dispute and claim refund asap.

RD271122780CN is from Urumuqi where many parcels were rejected for safety reason. you should open dispute and claim refund asap.

I don't understand because I received one of the two orders shipped the same day (the order has been split) and the other didn't contains any lipo battery or other dangerous item......only r/c electronic stuff. Thank you for your answer, I'll open a dispute.

hello Chinapost volunteer, is there a way to contact the export customs guys at urumuqi (do you ahve an email or a phone number) because my parcel didn't contains any battery or other forbidden parts and it seems that it is blocked at the customs and I don't know why.....

Hi Chinapst Vol;
My tracking id for my parcel is RJ062491517CN and it stucked at opening status since 2014 11 18 . The parcel contains nothing related with electronics. It was just a jacket. What kind of a checking and opening takes that long time. Thanks in advance
