Hello. I bought an item and in track-chinapost site, with track no RH262549019CN, it says that there was a problem with the delivery. I use the app Geek and The address is correct because the other items were delivered. I beg to try to deliver the item again on the address provided. Thank you.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel is in Portugal Post in Lisbon. You should contact Portugal Post and pickup the parcel immediately. Otherwise it might be returned to China.
