Can someone please help me please
My tracking number says that there was an attempted delivery...
there has been no move since 3 days
what can i do?
tracking number is: LM560679456CN

the parcel now is in the hand of German Post(DPD) and has delivery problem. You should call German Post immediately and try to pickup the parcel from them.

hi, but what does this mean? when i track the parcel i get this message:

2017/8/22 14:18 Received by Post Office 610225
2017/8/23 3:41 Departure export customs CHENGDU EMS
2017/9/25 15:05 Arrival Import customs FRANKFURT/M
2017/9/25 15:05 Held by customs FRANKFURT/M
2017/9/26 15:54 Departure Import customs FRANKFURT/M
2017/9/26 15:54 Unsuccessful delivery IPZ FRANK Payment of charges/Item being held, addressee being notified

What does this mean?
Do i still have to call DPD?

yes. you need call DPD. the parcel has duty to be paid.

Just to let you all know:

The package has been seized by customs and is going to be destoryed (got a letter from customs here in germany yesterday)
Be safe! ePacket isn´t safe anymore...at least at the moment though

Very likely your item is being destroyed cos its imitation product. This has nothing to do with china post or epacket.
