I'm waiting for two packages which had no update since November, are they lost? Is there still any chance for them to arrive?

some parcel shipped in early Nov just arrived Europe(Italy). I think your parcels are more likely to be delayed. However, I can not guarantee they are not lost. If your buyer protection is expiring, you should ask seller extend protection or open dispute.
