1. In normal condition your parcel should be in Italy right now. When your parcel was mail was it normal condition in China and Italy?? The answer is no, so basically you should maybe wait at least 1 to 2 weeks for your parcel.

2. You could if you want contact your seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel.
