Hey, the seller said they shipped the item on November, 23rd with the #RX915551945DE and told me that I can track it on http://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com but it doesn't look like a typical DHL # and looks like a China Post one. I know that 3 days might not be enough for the # to be trackable and/or the seller just gave me an unused # and will be shipping my item later. My question is whether the #RX915551945DE is a China Post # or not? Because I've seen that people have "CN" at the end of the # which most likely stands for China and my "DE" stands for Germany so I'm unsure of my number.

tl;dr? Is RX915551945DE a China Post # or not.

RX915551945DE is German Post tracking number not china post tracking number. Some china seller use such parcel to ship battery item. the parcel will ship from china to Germany first(take about 10 days), then transit to other country. You can not track it before it arrives Germany.
