Post Alixpress items still havent arrived

I ordered from Alixpress on 12th of February 2015, my items still haven't come. I opened dispute and asked for refunds and sellers haven't replied yet.
This is the tracking numbers:

1. RI351379047CN

Says it departed from export customs in Shenzhen on the 13th of February 2015 and is on route, however there is no further information about its location.

2. RJ380693933CN

Says it was at Arrival Import Customs in Beijing TR on the 16th of March 2015 and is on route, no further information. Says its destination is China?! I don't understand, I live in the U.K!

3. RI332749425CN

Was at Depature Export Customs in Guangzhou on 18th of February 2015, no further info, but its on-route.

4. RJ180559880CN

This was at Depature Export Customs on 15th of March 2015, says it on-route and no further information on its location.

Can anyone help me? My purchase protection has been extended for all items. Why did my destination for item 2 change?

Your parcel are all seriously delayed in china customs. you should open dispute asap.

I'm living in South Africa.I have also made my order on Aliexpress. The last status of my package says : Departure from outward office of exchange GUANGZHOU

Please help me.

RJ350127648CN was shipped 4 months ago. it you have not got it, it might be lost. you should open dispute and claim refund from aliexpress.

I don't know why is my packet still here: Guangzhou Transit Station 已出口开拆

This is my packet 44527616639, and I dont know why it hasnt arrive yet on my adress, and other packet from China which I order from other costumer on the same day some 15days ago

Why is still waithing in Guangzhou Transit Station 已出口开拆

44527616639 is regular mail. the status will not change after Transit Station 已出口开拆. you can not know new delivery location status for such parcel.

So it is posible that a packet is yet in my country (Crioatia), now you can not find where is a packet? I only get from my seller that tracking number, and ID (Item number 381268784004) I order it on ebay

it might be in china or Croatia, or any city on the way from china to your country. you can not know exact location. if you paid over 35 days and parcel does not arrive, open dispute to ebay.
