Hi, I need some help to give 4PX my new address.

Between the time I ordered an item and the sending of the parcel, several month passed and I had to move to another place. (still living in the same city)
The parcel made a quick tour in France but is now back in China.
I want to give them my new address but I don't know how to contact them, its seems difficult...
The seller says they can't contact 4PX either
My tracking number : RD570962083CN

Changing an address after shipping a parcel is usually not allowed with many carriers. U should just tell the seller to claim back the parcel and give u a refund.

Hi, thanks for your reply.
Indeed, the seller did offer me a refund but the item was unique (not very expensive fortunately :) ), that's why I wanted to contact 4PX and try to change the address :)

Hi, me again :)

So, isn't there any way of contacting them? I need at least to have their answer, positive of negative.
I've tried their website, twitter, several contact forms... but the few ones still working don't give me any answer :(

Does anybody have a e-mail address for 4PX in Guangzhou?

I don't think you need waste time to contact 4px. I can 100% assure that they can not change address.
