Hi,I bought a product.The tracking number is:RS501220925CN
For 3 days there isnt any update.Is it normal? And when my product will send the airport.Thanks.
In the system writes:

2016-11-12 00:29 The Shenzhen Exchange Bureau, have been exported to open
2016-11-11 23:17 Small package Center, left, next stop "Center in Shenzhen"

Destination Country: Turkey
