Hello. I ordered my item 17 days ago and I havent still information about tracking. ( Tracking information is available within 5-10 days. ). I cant track by China Post Air Mail Website or Destination Post Website. When Ill information about consigment ?

track here : http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php , if it shows china post has not received the parcel, it means your seller did not ship you anything yet.
