Hi over there
On the 9th of November I bought a viola from a Chinese company. This parcel was sent from China on the 10th of November but has not arrived to Iceland.

It is not clear why it is not still here. However, I noticed there are two tracking numbers on the Paypal bill one is to Iceland (CP312454713CN) and another to your post office in Mexico. This number is: EA250400960CN

Obviously this parcel has arrived to you but my question is if it was sent to Mexico by mistake.

I would appreciate if you could examine this and send me an answer.

1. For parcel EA250400960CN, have you made contact with the seller. He his the one that can inform you if this was a mistake of China Post or if the parcel was intended for you.

2. For parcel CP312454713CN, did the seller told you about this:

The number starts with “CP” and ends with “CN”, i.e. CP123456789CN
This is China Post registered surface mail. Normally it is much slower than airmail and might take up to 6 months to arrive.

3. Just continue to track your parcel for any new movement. You could also contact your seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel.
